Yes but it doesent say which keyboard layout is, it can be english layout too

I don't believe there's no sure fire way, other then seeing the model number.

What do I mean? That as stated the model number on the box shows its destination is for the Philippines, there's no other information on the box to indicate what is internally inside the box, i.e., which keyboard. You have to open the box to see what's there.
