How to check my 16 MBP if the CPU is good

Hello all,

I've watched a couple of reviews on the new Macbook Pro and there's this concept of the CPU lottery. How can I go about checking my MBP when I first receive it to make sure my CPU is decent and performing well? I read one comment that said Cinebench R20 with Intel Power Gadget making sure it sustains at least 60w should be enough
