How to check my 4S battery Capacity?

Have had the phone for a year, battery been spotty, wondering if there is a setting or App to check the mAH remaining on my battery, to see if its lower than it should be...

This is only available to non-Apple people if you are jailbroken. In Cydia, install BatteryDetective Lite.
