How to Check Repair Status?

My monitor is out for service (23" ACD with pinkeye); I dropped it off at the Apple Store, and they gave me a repair number. However, on Apples site, there is no place to do a search. The one option asks for a disbatch and case number, but no repair number.

I tried that area earlier, it doesnt ask for a repair number, but for a case number and dispatch number (the repair number did not work in eithe of these fields)

Edit: Apple just sent me an email saying they received my screen; notably, they sent me the same link to check repair status, which does not work with the information provided to me by the apple...
