How to check which dedicated graphic card I have?

Is it possible to check which graphic card model is installed in my macbook pro?

Click on the apple logo on the menu bar, select About this mac. Click on the more info button.

After the system profiler pops up.
On the left pane, select Grahics/Displays

About this Mac> More Info> System Report> Graphics/ Displays
