how to choose which disks can go to sleep?

I have 5 terabyte disks in my mac pro. There are 2 I really need to use constantly, but the other 3 not.

Through terminal I've managed to change how long it takes before they sleep... but that is not enough.

Can I choose which disks can go to sleep?
Is this even possible?
