So I have a white TPU case, after 3 months of using it, it has turned a bit blue-ish.(from my jeans) I've tried washing it with soap + water but it did not improve. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to clean it so that it's white again?

So I have a white TPU case, after 3 months of using it, it has turned a bit blue-ish.(from my jeans) I've tried washing it with soap + water but it did not improve. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to clean it so that it's white again?

I tried everything from alcohol, nail polisher remover, goo gone, polident, bleach, magic eraser and dishwasher just to name a few to get the discoloring out that occurs with TPU. Some Internet research stated that it's the nature of TPU to absorb stains but not release them.

So for me, I've given up on white TPU cases and have now been using only polycarbonate. The polycarbonate is much less prone to staining and can be cleaned. Polycarbonate has its faults as well - can tend to be brittle, although I've only found that with one brand - Aviiq. It cracked with less than 2 days on my phone. Still trying to get a refund.
