I wear my ceramic watch ~22 hours a day - for every type of sport and activity.

It's getting some dirt/sweat/gunk built up in its crevices and wondering what is the best way to clean it without just pushing it all further inside?

I use a brush to clean in the crevices.

It seems straightforward. Use a fine bristle brush/even a tooth brush head is perfectly fine. You have the ceramic casing, it won’t damage anything and will remove any debris.
