Use a can of compressed air.

Your picture isn't very useful- it's too dim and blurry to show anything.

Compressed air can for dust, and alcohol solution with a very soft brush for everything else (like the grime that collects in the magsafe port).

What looks different about your ports?

It's like dark, and dusty inside. I am worried it's gonna get damage or affect on my ports performance.

I will try to upload more clear picture.

It shouldn't unless it gets real bad. Just do the compressed air and alcohol solution + soft brush. You can find this stuff at most computer stores. A place like Target or Walmart might even have cleaning kits. I don't think you have much to worry about, unless the gunk build up is something much worst than the usual dust and lint.
