How to clean Magic Keyboard

Hi, I’m thinking about purchasing the Magic Keyboard with Touch ID for the Mac mini, but how would you keep the keyboard keys from turning yellow?

I've been using iMacs for over a decade and I've never had the keyboard turn yellow. Occasionally they will build up with dirt and I use a alcohol wipe or wash cloth to clean it. I've used a magic eraser from time to time as well, no issues.
