since ive had a few cases with open spots in the back like the apple symbol and camera, there are rings around where the cases covered them and its very annoying and they dont come off, there like little tiny dust things stuck to the glass, does anyone know how to get them off? i tried glasses wipes, water, and scrubbing them but nothing works, how can i get em off?

Try a water moistened microfiber cloth. You can also use the cleaner they give you at the optometrist when you buy new glasses.

I just cleaned mine today and I had these rings too. I just actually applied a little light pressure with the dry wool shirt I was using and they came right off.

i tried a microfiber cloth and some water that didnt work, tried my shirt, tried some alcholic wipes, nothing is working, i can only really see them when i hold it up to the light but its annoying

Then don't hold the phone "up to the light"...Problem solved.

Sounds to me like the glass is scratched. I know the rings you speak of, and they usually come right off with just a wipe of a rag. Since you say you've tried numerous methods to clean them, without success, I'd say the glass is permantly scratched.

Photo? Removal depends on what they actually are. It's difficult to tell by your description. If they were dust then microfiber and water would take care of it. Scratches can't be wiped off in the same way though. Hard water deposits will require a different approach as well.
