Considering that you still have over 500GB free, I don't think that you have to worry about deleting documents quite yet. So I would just let things as they are and not worry about it.

750GB is HDD. But I want to change a SSD. I only can afford M4 256GB SSD.

If my occupied disk space is 222GB, then my disk efficiency will get very low(
because of 86% occupation)

that's why I need to delete it. I need 60GB free at least to edit films.

So then find the big files using something like Grand Perspective of Disk Inventory X and delete them.
