How to clean the outside of white macbook?

I have a 2.1ghz White Macbook, and the outside is getting to the point where I can't stand even looking at it. How can I clean it and take the small surface scratches away? I've heard that PlastX works (I can get it from an automotive shop).

I was just wondering what everyone else does when their macbook gets scratched on top and they want to clean it?

I normally use a little rubbing alcohol and a paper towel. I'll have to try the Magic Eraser if I ever get one.

Doesnt that eat away at the plastic?

The Mr Clean Magic Eraser is great for the keyboard area/top case.

Since it's a mild abrasive, I would be hesitant to use it on the outside of a MacBook for fear of scratching the case.

For the outside, I've had okay luck with the iKlear products.
