Recently, I have read about how people were using Mr.Clean magic eraser for the Macbook, so I decided to try on my Macbook Pro, and to my surprise, it is the best solution I have ever used to clean any of my laptops! The $3 eraser from walmart will turn your MBP keyboards and outer shell brand new again! The best solution out there to take literally erase those dirty skin oil stain! Good luck guys!

does it work well with mac book's?also does it void warranty using it?

Yes it works very very well with macbooks and no it doesn't void the warranty (unless you open the case up and start rubbing around inside there), just use it on the outside to get rid of finger prints and screen marks etc. It's just a cleaning solution basically that works very well (And costs very little for the amount of time it will last you.

will this method work with the macbook pro since it is a metal finish? (espically on the outside.

Just make sure you don't use the magic eraser on skin... haha

It's basically a piece of sandpaper but the abrasive part is microscopic. I've heard of people trying to clean their kids with them and basically rubbing off a bunch of skin the process, not good.

What washing kids with the magic eraser:eek: doesn't the magic eraser require that you use water? Water + electronics = bad idea.

it doesn't require much water at all, not enough to cause any damage unless you wring it out directly on the laptop
