How do i clear past searches done though google. I have tried clearing history ect but past searches still come up.

lol nothing like that.
I have tried the above but it doesn't seam to remove the google search history.
If i go into safari and then tap the google type box and insert a letter all other searches that i have done beginning with that letter appear. This is what i want to remove.

I think when you start typing something and that box comes up, there is an on/off option on the top of the google suggest box, you can just turn it off, there should be a clear option as well, this way you can clear it and then turn if off. turning if off will just stop it from recording you searches, it will still come up just not with you entries.
You have to clear the history in Safari, then you have to go to Settings and click on Safari settings, and clear the History, Cookies, and Cache. Then, you have to change the search engine (at the top of the page you're currently in - Safari Settings) to Yahoo. Then go down and clear the History, Cookies, and Cache again. Then change the search engine back to Google, then clear the History, Cookies, and Cache again. Your search queries will be gone.
I'm not sure why you still have to do this (I know you HAD to do this pre 2.1, but I thought they changed it so all you had to do was clear Safari history). I just tried it and that worked fine for me, but if it doesn't in your case just do what I said to do above and everything will be gone.
