how to close BootCamp Assistant

I recently check out a mba in a local apple store.
I tried out the bootcamp assistant, I found it has no CLOSE button
will it auto start up next time after boot up?
also, I did the following in Terminal.app
ps -ef | grep Boot | xargs kill
it turns out kill the Desktop instead of switch off bootcamp assistant. whihte screen.
can cold boot fix white screen?
last question: is white screen an equivalent of windows famous blue screen?

YOu either press COMMAND+Q or go to the Menu Bar up to and select the bolded Boot Camp Assistant text and choose quit from there.
If that does not work, press COMMAND+OPTION+ESC to Force Quit the application.
Doing so will not make it reopen upon a restart.
