How to combind my sites?

I have a wordpress blog and forum at SpyGolfer.com and SpyGolfer.com/forums. I have been working on a new theme at GolfSolid.com that I will want to be completely implemented into my original SpyGolfer.com website. What is the best way to go about doing this?
