How to combine part files

I have a couple of Part files, part 1, part 2, etc. is there a program, that can combine these files into the main file, that i intended to download?

try an app called split and concat

Catenator is by far the best because is just a gui front end to the concatenate command already built into OS X. So it's really easy and powerful.
