Hi. I started an iCloud Photo Library, paid for 200GB space, and started to migrate all my stuff from Aperture. As I was importing into Photos, I encountered an error that Photos would not allow me to import anything, standard JPG files. After that error, I could import nothing. Frustrated. I loved mostly everything about this software, but it's just not ready.

I'd like to delete everything and start over. I've deleted my Photos Library and created a new one, and turned off iCloud Photo Library in iCloud preferences. It tells me the photos will be deleted in 30 days. However, when I start my new Photos Library, it attempts to download the 30,000 photos I have deleted.

I want to delete everything and start completely over. How do I do this?

Is there away to delete all your deleted files like there is in iOS, so you don't have to wait the 30 days?
