How to completely wipe Iphone 3G before sale?

Going to sell my Iphone Friday after I pick up my 3GS, what do I need to do to get all of my personal info off of it? What are you guys doing, exactly?

And after wiping, do I keep my sim or let it go with the phone? My new 3GS should have a sim, so should I keep my old one?

The wipe will also remove my mobileme info, correct (won't push stuff from my "cloud" to the phone anymore?)

Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Contents and Settings, or you can do a restore in iTunes.

Does it matter when you take the sim card out? Should the reset be done with the sim card in the phone old iphone 3g?

No it just, removes the simcard.

I did a reset on both my phones. Warning message states it will take TWO hours, and it did!
