How to compress JPEG in Excel??

I'm going nuts with images in Excel! When inserting JPEGs (20KB each) into an Excel file it bloats up by like 100 to 200KB per JPEG! Can anyone help me out?

Make your images smaller first. Either way it's going to be a bloated file if you try to put images in an Excel file.

Hi Miles01110, I already compressed the JPEGs so that they are only 20KB. However, as soon as I copy them into Excel the file grows like ten-fold (approx. 200KB)...?
