how to configure quicklook ?

Hi guys,

Is there anyway to configure quicklook ? I want to either make quicktimes open full screen or make the video not auto play so that i can hit the full screen button. Its annoying having to hit the space bar / then stop and rewind the movie / then hit full screen / then hit play again!
