How to configure the basic setup of the guest account?

I am trying to configure the guest account for my kid (almost 4) to use. I like the idea that every time she returns the guest account is restored to its original state.

I created the account but now I want organise Safari that starts with a specific site and the bookmark-bar has some kid-sites.

Can I login as an administrator into the guest account or something?

Just login as the Guest and bookmark whatever sites you want, set whatever home page you want, set the desktop wallpaper, configure the Dock, System Preferences, etc. the way you want the account to appear.

Tried that

When you return to the guest account all your effort is removed, and the guest account is standard again. Safari opens with Apple.com
