How to Connect MBP to TV???

So I have a Macbook Pro (2010, 15", base model) and since my XBOX 360 is broken (i had movies on my flashdrive for it) and I don't feel like repairing it anytime soon, I was wondering if there was a way to connect my Macbook Pro to my TV. In other words, what cables do I need? I want audio and video to work by the way.
