How to contact CL?

A seller is selling a computer with loads of software. I had emailed him as I was interested in the computer. However, when I asked about the install disk to the software, he said he didn't have any of the disks

Obviously he is pirating. I told him he needs to alter his ad to be within law

Is there a way to contact CL and get the ad down? Flagging doesnt seem to work as you can't write any comments in a sense

there are places that you can report pirated software. report him and send him the email conformation that you reported him.
