How to control AirPods Pro on WatchOS 10?

Ok, since updating to WatchOS 10, I don't know how to control the AirPods Pro using the Watch. In previous WatchOS versions, I could control the volume, noise cancellation, etc. But now I don't know how to get to any of those controls. Anyone have ideas?
