how to control ipad using PC's mouse and keyboard?

I connect my ipad to my pc using USB and how would I control my ipad using mouse and keyboard? I was thinking a software that mirrors ipad screen to pc's screen and do all works using mouse and keyboard but I had a hard time finding that software.

I don't know about USB, but if you're jailbroken you can do it over wifi, just download Veency on your iPad and any VNC client on your PC and voila
