Apple Music How to convert folders of old .mp3's into playlists on Apple Music?

I have 60GB of old mp3's, and I subscribe to Apple Music using the sync option, so it doesn't use any of my existing files, but I'd like to be able to drag the files into Apple Music and create playlists out of that music, even if it's not FROM that file, but simply matching up to what Apple Music has in the library that matches that file. Is something like that possible?
