how to convert HD WMV files to anything else?

I bought Visual Hub back when it existed but it's no longer supported and it truncates all of my wmv files. It just finishes encoding a couple minutes in to the film. I can open the file with quicktime via Flip4Mac but I want to convert it to another file format that is supported by Plex (i.e. anything else).

Any ideas?

Buy a paid version of Flip4Mac.

The other poster is right on...F4M Studio version cost $49., so if you're gonna do this often, it's worth it. Otherwise you can try the site here...I haven't used it, but they say they'll convert video for free: http://www.media-convert.com/

(i.e. anything else).

Any ideas?
