How to convert imovie source and play on DVD player?

I have completed my rendering but can't play on my dvd player, pls advice.
 
What on Earth do you mean?
  • What have you completed rendering?
  • What format have you rendered to?
  • Have you tried to burn to DVD?
  • Are you using a regular DVD set top player or DVD Player on your Mac?
  • Have your tried iDVD or Toast?
