I'm not sure if there's an actual conversion program but here's what I would do assuming there is no conversion program:
1) Pop your caps lock key off of the keyboard. There's no need to shout.
2) Use a program called WireTap to record the sound coming off of your sound card while you play the file in Real Player.
You can use Version Tracker to find the program. Or you could use it to search for a converter. Not sure if it'll be there though.

sorry again but if any one could find me the rm to mp3 converter but a free version or cracked???? (please i really need it)
