How to convert VCD shows with dual mono (L&R channel) to 1 audio

I'm trying to convert all my VCD shows to IPOD MP4. However all these shows are with Left and Right Channels of different language. How can i convert these shows to purely just one language ?

I realised that there are serveral software for windows. But i can't seems to find any for MAC. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
