How to convert videos to Maximum Iphone quality?

Using Iphone 3GS 32GB

I would like to convert my videos to maximum Iphone quality possible.

Can someone tell me how that can be done?

I tried some softwares but the converted quality is not that good.

HANDBRAKE Don't leave home without it.
I use this to convert all the DVD's that I want to put onto my iPhone. Point and click. And its free.
