How to copy all emails from Address Book onto clipboard?

To make it short; I am releasing an app. I use LaunchRock to promote it and give people the chance of earning some fun rewards meanwhile. I can invite people to my LaunchRock page through a unique URL. This can be shared via Twitter/Facebook and there is also a field where I can put in people's email addresses so I can send people the unique URL (and brief explanation of the whole thing) directly. Of course I want to do both.

So my question is, how do I easily retrieve all email addresses from my Address Book so I can send my LaunchRock link to my contacts?
