How to copy color profile from old MBP to new MBP?

I just bought a new 13" tbMBP and I'm wondering if I can copy the same color profile from my 2015 rMBP to my newer laptop? It seems like my older laptop has a slightly cooler color temp that I like.

Is this possible? If so, how would I do this?
