How to copy my pictures from iPhone 4s

I have an iPhone 4s . I have some very memorable pictures/videos on it . As icloud on supports iOS 8.1 or above how can I save my said data .
I have a windows PC BTW .

Please help

You will need a 30-pin to USB cable.
USB-A or USB-C depending on which one your PC has.
