How to copy old note files to new macbook pro?

I recently bough new Macbook Pro 13'' ! Now my old macbook air saves notes files in ~Library//....preferences/...

The new machine stores it at ~/Library/.../Group Containers/...

How to I get the old files and put that in the current machine's location (notes) so that I get the whole of my notes data ?
