How to copy photo's in Picasa 3????

Well I'm using my beloved Picasa 3 to organize my photos and iPhoto to be creative and uploading to websites. Anyways, I want to select some photos and be able to copy them to another folder in the Picasa. If all else fails, I guess I just go to Finder and use it in there. The reason is that I want to copy certain photos to a folder called "iPhoto", then have iPhoto program reference this particular folder since I don't want it to take control of my entire photo collection.
