How to correct maps road data (not POIs)

I haven't had any problems with turn-by-turn directions until today, when it sent me down a narrow street with bollards blocking it half way down. After a lot of reversing, and some cursing, I tried Google maps, and it made the same mistake.

I can see how to correct pois, but how do I correct this?

In the same menu where you switch to satellite view there is an option where you can report a problem.

OK, thanks. That gives an option to say the routing is incorrect, then a blank field to enter freeform notes, which hopefully a human will read - Siri wouldn't make much sense of it!
