How to correctly backup Folder Enhancer and Grid Lock?

Hey everyone.

Im a big fan of these two tweaks, but Ive always had problems when restoring the iphone to original settings, therefore losing all my folder organization and stuff.

Can someone tell me how to preserve all my layout including Grid Lock and Folder Enhancer after a restore using iTunes and then doing the jailbreak again?

not sure about gridlock but when i restore from a backup then rejailbreak and install folder enhancer again it puts everything back in the folders like i had them
