How to create a pdf file that "compiles" html code and creates hyperlinks?

Hi,

I've created a Word 2011 document that I had originally intended to serve as a template for a webpage, but now I think I might prefer to convert the Word document into a pdf file with clickable hyperlinks. I'm not simply trying to make something like this clickable:
https://forums.macrumors.com
I want this to be "compiled" and clickable:
<a href="https://forums.macrumors.com">MacRumors website</a>

Is this possible?
I also want my footnotes/endnotes to be clickable.

I'd appreciate any suggestions you may have. thanks :)
