How to create a video with parallel perspective of presentation and video-stream??

does anybody know how to create such parallel perspectives with keynote-presentation and video-stream such as we know from Apple's product presentations?? (See att. pic)
Special app or add-in???

but do you think that's just an app you can create such movies or is it the same app which Apple uses??

If I had to guess, I would say that Apple does it live with a DME switcher.
