How to create add view

Hi guys,

Am new to this iphone development. I want to create an application like Contact details (3-4 properties). Anyone please suggest me how to create add view like in the Contact details (ie. each property can be added from seperate views). I created an application with 4 properties, but i included all textfields for propertis in same view, which is difficult to add details, ie . keyboard property hiding my some property editors...
