How to create focused MacOS environments for work vs play?

What would be the best way to create focused environments for work vs play?

What I mean by that is, for example:

1) When I open Chrome, only work related bookmarks show in the bookmark bar.
Same with Safari.

2) My default Finder would start at a certain set of folders for each for each

Etc.

Create 2 user accounts, one setup for your work environment and the other setup for your play environment. That is what I would do if I needed to separate the 2 environments.
