How to create Hotmail Exchange(Hotmail Pushing)

Hey guys, I cant set up my Hotmail Exchange for my iPad 2, I've followed the instructions but it still doesnt work, it shows up "cannot get mail,The connection to the server failed", Can someone teach me ??:(
