How to create HTML E-mail*Urgent*

I am trying to create an email newsletter using Entourage 2008 for Mac. I've been searching everywhere for the past hour and can't figure it out. I can create an html page displaying what I want in the e-mail very easily, however I don't know how to get it into the e-mail. Do I need to pay for a service for this or what? Please help me out - this e-mail newsletter needs to go out for a client before the end of the day today

Microsoft Entourage doesn't support the creation or forwarding of HTML-formatted email. It will display an HTML-formatted email in the reading pane, but doesn't allow for writing of an email with such formatting. You may want to use Mail.app.
