Is there a way to create NT stream files ( ADA-Alternate Data Streams files ) using Mac on NTFS partition ?

Since your post went unanswered and this was your first post, I wanted to reply so you felt welcome back here.

Since OS X only provides read access to NTFS drives and partitions, you must use Windows (via Boot Camp/VMWare/Parallels/Virtualbox) to create anything on an NTFS drive. At that point you create streams just as usual in Windows. filename:stream e.g. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/105763
