How to create screen-capture videos?

How do I record the output of the screen at a high framerate like the demo videos on Apple.com? For example,

I would love to know too. I was with Jing for a while, it recorded in .swf, and i'd convert it to .mov for editing, it was the only free choice I could find, now, they changed Jing and I can't do that. I requested for it to be recorded in .mov, the guy said he may at Jing

So I'm waiting, but if there is another free alternative, excluding Corpencious, or whatever its called, either way, that thing doesn't work.

Even if I have to pay for it, if its worth it I am willing to dish out the cash for a good screen-capture software!
