I recently started customizing my iMac by changing a few of the graphics files used by graduating myself into "root user" status in OS X10.6.8.
Now, I'd like to modify the Finder's right side scroll button to be darker and more distinct than it currently is.
Could someone tell me:
1) is this possible by simply modifying a few .png files, or is the button generated 'on-the-fly', sort of like CSS does it in browsers?
2) if it's just a few .png files, where are they buried, and what are their names?
Thanks in advance,
Ted
