How to deauthorize Audible account in iTunes for Windows? (No Apple ID)

I did not set up an Apple ID, I only have an Audible account. I could deauthorize the Apple ID (if I had), but not the Audible account. Bummer.

I thought it might be a better idea to listen to my Audible audiobooks in iTunes on Windows, since the Audible Windows clients is totally useless (and looks like it was updated 1000 years ago).

Anyone in my shoes?
